Mr. Abraham T.M. is an accomplished HR professional with 23 years of industry experience. After his Masters in Social Work (MSW) he started his career in HR in the year 1993. He has worked in manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, IT and Clinical Research sectors in middle and senior level positions. His longest career was with Veeda Clinical Research Pvt. Ltd. where he joined as a starting member of the company and spent around thirteen years. While leaving Veeda Clinical Research, he was at the position of Sr. General Manager –HR. During his long association with Veeda, while setting up system and process in the entire gamut of HR functions, one of the most important thrust area was recruitment wherein he has interviewed thousands of candidates and has done voluminous recruitment in junior, middle and senior levels positions in the functions of Clinical, Bio analytical, Quality Assurance, Bio pharmaceutics & Project Management, Regulatory, Bio statistics, Clinical Trials, Data Management, Pharmacovigilance etc. He is carrying very sound and deep understanding of each and every function of Clinical Research business and an expert in CRO recruitment as well as setting up systems and process in all the areas of HR functions.
In addition to his MSW degree, he is also holding MBA and a diploma in HR from IIM Lucknow.
He is heading the CRAMS (Contract Research & Manufacturing Services) business vertical at Big Ideas HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. from August 2016 onwards.
