We have worked hard to achieve success in our life whether it is for studies or for jobs or business. But whatever we have achieved till today, is the fruit of our effort. Today in our society we can see many people who are attentive and who are touching the height of success. Today I would like to talk about a boy from Chennai who obtained an IAS degree on his own.
A boy from Chennai, named Jai Ganesh was working as a waiter in a hotel and had attempted the UPSC exam twice, but still he did not give up and cleared the examination in the third attempt.
He had a dream in the year 2000 that he wanted to serve everyone and I wanted to become an IAS. He took up the job of billing clerk in a theater to pay for his expenses but due to not being able to pay full attention in studies, he quit that job and worked as a waiter in a hotel and after 8 years he passed the civil service exam in 2008. That is why it is said ‘A will will find a way’.
Mr. Sam Pitroda Ji, the head of the Technological Mission of the Government of India, was asked by a journalist ‘How did you become so successful in your life’, to this he replied ‘I have worked hard to fulfill whatever goal I had in my own life. I have viewed night and day differently. Whatever I am in my life today, is because I have worked hard for it.
So friends, can’t we also work hard so that we get whatever we want in our life? I hope that you too will start making such efforts from today itself.
